Let's focus on problems. Problems always hit human as a prove that they are alive. When problems come , mature human should look into theirselves. Allah Swt means three things when human have got problems.
Firstly, Allah Swt has human punished. Human have mistakes and they get a punishment. When the punishment is over, human get their freedom.
Secondly, Allah Swt wants to warn human that they have something miss. Human should try to look inside what they have missed. So, they must try fix it.
Thirdly, human are doing a life test given by Allah. It means Allah Swt wants to upgrade human's level in all life aspects.
How to understand it all? We can pray more, read Al Qur'an more and talk to ourselves more.
